       Reminders

• Please label all personal belongings (including drink bottles and lunch boxes)
• Encourage your child/ren to put their bags into their locker and go outside for a play on the playground when they arrive at school
• Wear comfortable running shoes on Monday’s and Tuesday’s/Wednesday’s for Bluearth and PE
• **Could each family please bring in a box of tissues as a donation to our learning space**
• During term 4 all students need broadbrimmed hats when they are outside

  Class in the spotlight – Jnr A 

In Maths this week students have been practising their division and multiplication strategies to solve equations. Students have participated in a number of activities such as the ‘Colour by Numbers’ task which required them to solve equations to determine the correct colour required in each space. By correctly solving the equations they were able to create a colourful picture by the end of the task. See some photos below of the students working away on this task:
