Compass Details

Please make sure your address, email and phone no. is up to date on Compass.

Thank you to those parents/carers who have completed the Compass Events Permissions for Local Walks & Excursions, and Photo Permissions 1 & 2.  If you haven't yet completed these, they are due by Tuesday 17th February.

Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund applications are open now.

If you hold an eligible Centrelink Concession Card, Health Care Card or Veterans Affairs Gold Card please complete and return the attached application form to the office or email chilwell.ps@education.vic.gov.au 

School Savings Bonus

If you have any questions regarding SSB. eg Balances, paying for events, etc, 

  please email the office at chilwell.ps@education.vic.gov.au 

✍️Absence Notes on Compass✍️

Please remember to record student absences through the Compass portal by visiting your child's profile and selecting 'Add Attendance Note.' 

You can choose from options like 'family holiday' or 'medical/illness' from the drop-down menu, and add any additional details if needed. Both the classroom teacher and office will have access to this information.

For absences related to school activities such as School Tours & Tests, please call the office at (03) 5221 2738 so we can note this without affecting your child's attendance percentage.
