Trivia Night Donations & Volunteers Wanted
With our upcoming Trivia Night on Saturday, 1st August, we are seeking donations from parents, carers, families, and local businesses to help make the event a success.
Donations can be in the form of an item, voucher, service, or monetary contribution-no matter how big or small. These generous donations will be used for prizes, silent auctions, and raffle items on the night.
The more donations we receive, the more funds we can raise for our school community. Every contribution is greatly appreciated and will help make a meaningful difference.
Businesses that donate will receive valuable exposure within our school community and will be recognised through event signage, the school newsletter, and our Facebook page.
In addition to donations, we are also seeking volunteers to help make this event a success. If you have some time to spare, we would love assistance with organising and creating visual displays for auction items, typing up auction sheets, designing fun 80s-themed table numbers, and helping with other tasks in the lead-up to the event.
Even if you're unable to attend on the night, there are still plenty of ways to get involved and support our school's success.

Washing Facility at Milgate
We are fortunate to have an active Second-Hand Uniform Shop at Milgate. Sales are held twice each term—one in the morning and one in the afternoon—to provide families with convenient opportunities to purchase items.
We greatly appreciate donations of good-quality, Milgate-tagged uniforms. Donations can be dropped off at the Head Office at any time.
Each week, unclaimed lost property is collected, washed, and made available for resale through our uniform sales. For many years, this process was supported by a dedicated team of volunteers who generously took items home to wash on a rotating roster.
To further support this important service, the school has now purchased and installed a washing machine and dryer on site, allowing lost property items to be cleaned and processed at school before being resold through the Second-Hand Uniform Shop.
We would like to sincerely thank everyone who contributes to the smooth running of the Second-Hand Uniform Shop. From setting up and packing away, to assisting with sales, sorting donations, and washing lost property items, the support of our volunteers is invaluable. Their time and dedication help ensure this service continues to benefit Milgate families and our school community.
