BBQ Last day of Term 4
The P&F will be cooking a free BBQ for our students on the last day of term. We ask families to please order on Compass as you would for a normal BBQ as we will need to figure out numbers.
The P&F will also supply the students free icy poles in the afternoon during the disco.
2024 Swimming Carnival BBQ helpers needed
If anyone is available to assist with the cooking and preparation of the BBQ at the swimming carnival next year, could you please let Becky or Emma know ASAP.
The swimming carnival is scheduled for Friday 16th February 2024.
Compass Canteen
Families are able to order and pay for their children's lunch orders online through the Compass App.
If you have any trouble using the Canteen feature in Compass please feel free to read the guide below or send Karen an email on krizzi1@arm.catholic.edu.au
Compass Wallet - Canteen
Wallet - For Parents Parents can access their Wallet information under the Tools menu (cog icon). They will see their Compass Balance and the balances of each of their children at the school.
A few things to remember:
There is a $0.20 fee per transaction.
Cut off time for online ordering is 9:30am on the day of canteen. This allows plenty of time for the administration side of things to be completed before our volunteers arrive.
Ordering online is optional but preferred as it limits cash handling. If you still wish to place an order on a brown paper bag, please try and enclose correct money as change is limited due to majority of students using the online ordering option.
Baskets will be placed outside the canteen for teachers to distribute to the students.
Please be assured that frequent hand washing, wearing of gloves and regular safe food handling practices will be adhered to at all times.

WWCC - it is a requirement that ALL PEOPLE (including parents) who spend time working with children in classrooms or working in the canteen provide to the school one of the following:
Working With Children Check - on line application
Once again we are asking that those parents who do not have a Working With Children Check please take steps to obtain one. If you already have one, please notify the school of your WWCC number and your date of birth for verification.
