Pickleball - Staff PD

Our staff had the chance to upskill in the sport of Pickleball in November. Pickleball is similar to 'bat tennis' but played using the badminton lines, paddle bat and a light, hollow ball. Serves must be underarm and no volley shots are allowed to be used in the "kitchen" (zone closest to the net).

David and Rex from Oz Pickleball came out to our new stadium at Holloway Raod and put the staff through their paces. The staff enjoyed every minute of the session and are hoping to implement this amazing sport into the Physical Education curriculum in 2024.
