Child Safe Standards in Focus

Throughout 2026, we will share information with a monthly focus on each of the eleven Child Safe Standards. The goal is to strengthen our community’s understanding of the standards and to highlight what our commitment to Child Safety looks like at School of the Good Shepherd.

April is dedicated to Child Safe Standard 3:

‘Children and young people are empowered about their rights, participate in decisions affecting them and are taken seriously.’’
