Prayer for our Community

We thank you for the hands that work towards building community
Bless our families with laughter and the strengthening of friendships
May we always be a community that welcomes and cares for one another
Connecting at the Family Fun Night
As you know from our recent school calendar updates and posters around the grounds, our highly anticipated Family Fun Night is fast approaching.
After a three-year hiatus, our gates will swing open on Friday, 27 March, to welcome our entire school community for an evening of laughter, connection, and celebration. While we have missed this event, its return isn't just about the activities—it’s about intentionally building the social fabric of our school.
A Night of Adventure and Joy
We have curated a diverse range of activities designed to spark joy for all ages:
- Entertainment & Performance: Enjoy a magic show and roving balloon artistry by Luigi Zucchini, or join DJ Emma C for a dance competition.
- Interactive Fun: Get up close with animals at the Petting Zoo, bounce away on our Jumping Castles, or test your skills at our Festival Games station featuring Giant Jenga, Corn Toss, and Four in a Row or join in the Scavenger Hunt.
- Treats & Eats: We are excited to host Mr. Baller (meatball subs) and our featured Food Truck, alongside our P&F station serving popcorn, soft drinks, slushies or a preordered sausage or veggie burger. And yes—the Fairy Floss is back and free for all to enjoy!
- Of course you are also welcome to bring your food and drinks.
Event Logistics
To ensure a safe and seamless evening for everyone, please note the following details:
- Date: Friday, 27 March
- Event Times: 5:30 PM – 8:00 PM
- Supervision: While staff are onsite to run activities, we need your support to supervise your child on the night.
Booking Your Spot
To help our P&F and staff manage catering and capacity, we ask that all families book their attendance via CDF Pay.
Action Required: Please log in to your CDF Pay account to secure your spot. Early bookings are greatly appreciated as we finalize our setup and volunteer lists. Further information is in this newsletter for CDF Pay.
We cannot wait to see our playground filled with happy faces once again. Let’s make this a night to remember!
A True Team Effort: P&F and Staff
An event of this scale is only possible through incredible collaboration. I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to our Parents & Friends Association, who are lead-coordinating this event with such passion and detail. Their dedication to our school culture is what makes nights like this possible.
Equally, I am proud to share that our teaching staff are turning out in full force to support the P&F. From managing the jumping castles and the scavenger hunt to overseeing safety and logistics, our educators are excited to step out of the classroom and engage with your families in a relaxed, fun environment. Seeing our P&F and staff work side-by-side truly embodies the community spirit we aim to foster.
Hall Roof Repairs
We are pleased to inform you that the maintenance works on the school hall roof have been successfully completed. The leaks in the hall and foyer have been repaired, and all areas are once again safe for use.
We have now returned to our standard beofre school operating procedures. Thank you for your flexibility and cooperation while we made these necessary improvements to our school facilities.
Building Updates - Our office has moved!
We have now relocated our main office, the leadership team including the principal and deputy offices and our other admin areas. The staffroom has also relocated to the conference room near the glasshouse. This week While the scenery has changed, our team is still here to help. You can now visit us in Building B (the same building that houses our Second-Hand Uniform Shop). More information about the building works will be provided in coming weeks. Thank you for your patience as we begin this exciting new chapter for our school.
