Creative Learning in the Art Room

This month, our students have been drawing inspiration from nature! By sketching and painting what they observe, they’re developing their artistic skills, sharpening their observation, and building a deeper connection with the world around them. This creative process not only enhances fine motor skills but also encourages imagination, confidence, and relaxation.
Younger students have also been exploring the joys of drawing, which helps strengthen hand-eye coordination, supports early writing skills, and nurtures emotional expression. To celebrate Halloween, everyone has been getting crafty—using black toilet roll holders, PVA glue, googly eyes, and black cardboard to create their own special bats. The results have been both spooky and spectacular! 🎃🦇
