Principal Address

Dear Parents,

It's been another action-packed week in the life of our school.

Well done to all of our students who represented HopePoint at the OzTag Gala Day on Wednesday. It was great to hear that teams showed outstanding teamwork, resilience and sportsmanship, even in challenging weather conditions. Thank you for representing our school with such enthusiasm and integrity, I'm so proud of you all. Congratulations to all of the students and their efforts. 

Our building project has reached an exciting milestone, with significant construction works now underway. Families will notice increased activity on site, including concrete works and heavy vehicles, as we continue to roll out this important project. I appreciate our community's patience and support as we work towards creating new and exciting learning spaces for our students.

Also letting you know next week, our marketing agency will be on campus capturing professional photographs and video footage for future promotional material. These images will showcase the vibrant learning, community and opportunities that make HopePoint such a special place. Our school has an updated record of student image consent, if you do not wish for your child to be photographed, please inform the school office.

Today we farewell one of our wonderful Kindergarten teachers and former HopePoint student, Miss Monique Gomez.  Monique has been a wonderful teacher here for the last 3 years, she is a gifted educator and we will miss her dearly. She is starting an exciting new chapter in the United States to pursue theological studies. We are deeply grateful for the care, dedication and positive impact she has had on our students and school community. We wish her God's richest blessings as she begins this new journey and know she will always remain part of the HopePoint family.
