I know the students have been preparing in class for Thommies Market, this is just a note to families that Thommies Market will be held on Friday, 19th of June. The market is held annually and is a great fun activity for the students. Teachers will have been in touch with families in their class already if items need to be brought into school.
The market is one of the fun activities that takes place on the day were we celebrate St Thomas More Feast Day. This year St Thomas More Feast Day is Sunday, 21st of June. There is more information below in regards to the Parish events on that day.
Kids Cast - School Podcasting:
Today we have some staff from Kids Cast coming to show our school leaders their Podcasting platform. Our School Captains have been thinking of ways to increase student voice at the school (including a student newsletter). We will have a trial with the podcasting system and see if it is something we can introduce here at STM. We may need some support with some fundraising drives, but I will provide more details as they come to hand.
