Co Design Project Workshop: Students Lead the Way on Vaping Awareness

This week marked the second workshop of the Co Design Project, a collaboration between GSSC, GV Health, Primary Care Connect, and Greater Shepparton City Council.

Students returned to their groups to further develop project ideas aimed at raising awareness in our community about the harmful effects of vaping. The workshop sparked creativity, with several innovative concepts emerging. Students were encouraged to bring these ideas to life within their schools, ensuring the message reaches their peers directly.

Importantly, the partner organisations will incorporate student feedback into planning for upcoming community events, highlighting the value of youth voices in shaping health initiatives.

A heartfelt thank you goes to the 27 students who actively participated across the two workshop sessions. Gratitude is also extended to Greater Shepparton City Council, Primary Care Connect, GV Health, and Monique Hillenaar Consulting for making this valuable opportunity possible for GSSC students.
