Maribyrnong Division Cross Country Carnival

Following our success at the Footscray District Cross Country last term, sixteen of our students competed in the Maribyrnong Division Cross Country Carnival held at Brimbank Park yesterday. All of them performed extremely well with twelve going on to qualify for the Western Region Cross Country Carnival to be held on Thursday 20th June at Brimbank Park. The list of participants and their results are listed below. 

• 12yr Boys - Finley Rooney 5th, Adam Borg 11th, Jack Harris 13th.
• 12yr Girls - Skye Coonerty 8th, Zahra Rekhi 12th, Harriette Mackie, 16th Kara Li Bennett 17th.
• 11yr Boys - Harry Lacy 7th, Indigo Simons Pritchard 8th, Felix Nikolovski 9th.
• 11yr Girls - Madi Munro 10th.
• 9/10yr Boys - Marlo Hellier 6th, Alex Pham 7th, Otis Newman 12th TBC*.
• 9/10yr Girls - Maggie Halpin 3rd, Atikah Jalloh 12th, Eva Kerekere 14th.

This event was held in sunny but windy conditions for Cross Country running.
