When I see students at school I often ask them what their  hobby is. If you asked me I say I love to read, talk to friends, go for walks in nature etc

Guess what my students reply to this question?

Usually its playing some game online, looking at tik tok etc I know this is a loaded topic but if you have some level of concern as to how excessive scrolling, smart phone use or social media is impacting your child’s brain or social development maybe consider reading this book - or at least skim read it.
