EMR Track & Field
Congratulations to all of our 30 EMR Track and Field athletes!
What a perfect day of competition! We are incredibly proud of all our athletes and their achievements. It was fantastic to see so many students achieving personal bests, performing at their best, and celebrating not only their own achievements but also those of their teammates. The encouragement, support and recognition shown to one another made the day even more special!
Well done to everyone who represented Brentwood with pride!

Junior Hockey
Congratulations to our Junior Girls and Junior Boys Hockey teams, who recently competed at the EMR competitions at Hawthorn-Malvern Hockey Centre. Both teams, made up of Year 7 and 8 students, represented Brentwood with enthusiasm and a great team spirit.
Our Junior Girls faced Wantirna College and Vermont SC, going down 0–7 and 0–2 respectively. Despite the results, the girls continued to grow in confidence, develop their skills and improve with every match. Their progress throughout the competition was fantastic to see!
Our Junior Boys started strongly with a convincing 3–0 victory over Ringwood SC before a closely fought contest against Glen Waverley SC, narrowly going down 0–1.
Hockey continues to grow at Brentwood, and it is exciting to see the development of our young players. We look forward to watching both teams build on these experiences and seeing how our hockey program progresses over the coming years. Well done to all players involved!
Thank you to Mr Wilson and Ms Evans for taking these teams. Thank you also to the student coaches who helped prepare these team; Emma Marriott, Summer Trumble, Zara Athanasopoulos, Shahil Karunaratna, Armani Lafaele and Elisa Nurja.
