Apple Fair 2027
We’re growing something amazing…join the OGPS Apple Fair 2027 Committee!
Planning kicks off this month for next year’s event, and we'd love some new faces in the crew. You don't need any special skills or previous experience - just a willingness to get involved, share ideas and be part of a legendary team.
Our committee meets once a month for the next six months, ahead of the fair itself on Saturday 13th March 2027.
Why join?
- Have fun while creating a meaningful legacy for our kids – traditions are grounding and what are remembered throughout their lives.
- Meet other OGPS families and make new friendships – with volunteering comes connection.
- Help shape our school's biggest community event – it’s our 29th year and is a staple on the Bellarine calendar.
- Share your ideas and skills, no matter how big or small – whether it’s your first or last year at OGPS, you matter to us!
Contribute in a way that works for your availability – we’ll work around you, not the other way around. Can’t make meetings? No problem.

Priority area - Sponsorship
Our school is lucky to be supported by a host of incredible local businesses – take special note of the sign boards at the entrances! They support OGPS as part of an annual program covering a year-long calendar, not just the Apple Fair. The sponsorship framework is set up with templates and processes that tick over each year. We just need an administrator to keep the wheels turning in 2027. This work is due to start immediately, so please reach out!

Let’s talk. Don’t be scared…you won’t get lumped with 500 hours of work like many other volunteer committees. OGPS is different. We are a big group that runs a polished event, with the load shared across many people.
