NO INTERSCHOOL SPORT THIS WEEK - WINTER PROGRAM TO RECOMMENCE IN WEEK 2 TERM 3.
NORTHERN METROPOLITAN REGION CROSS COUNTRY CHAMPIONSHIPS
A huge congratulations to Charlie B (6RM), Arlo C (6LB), and Isla T (6RM) for proudly representing themselves and Greenhills PS at the NMR Cross Country Championships on Wednesday 17th June at Bundoora Park.
This event marked the third stage of competition, following their impressive qualifications through both the Diamond Valley District and Nillumbik Division Carnivals.
Competing against some of the strongest runners from across the region, all three students gave their best and demonstrated tremendous grit, determination, and resilience. Regardless of the final results, they should be incredibly proud of their achievements. Reaching this level places them among the top 500 runners in Victoria for their age group – an outstanding accomplishment.
A special shout-out to Arlo, who has qualified for the State Championships to be held early next term. This is a fantastic achievement, and we wish him the very best as he takes on the next stage of competition. The entire Greenhills community will be cheering him on!
Congratulations to Jasmine B (34S), who plays for Greensborough Football Club and was recently named Best Game Day Player by the opposing Hurstbridge Football Club Under 10 Girls Team. We are incredibly proud of her achievements both on and off the field.
Well done, Jasmine!
Congratulations to Aki N (5RC), Teo N (34W) and Rafael F (34W), who were members of the Karingal Drive Tennis Club team that won the North Eastern Junior Tennis Association (NEJTA) Section 20 Autumn 2026 Premiership. The team secured victory in a closely fought Grand Final against Rosanna, demonstrating excellent teamwork, resilience and skill throughout the match. We are very proud of their achievement.
Well done!

The allowance is paid directly to the school to use towards expenses relating to camps, excursions or sporting activities for the benefit of your child.
The annual CSEF amount per student is $400 for eligible school students.
