RSC Update - Squad Structure Term 2
All of our members should have received their new squad allocation for Term 2.
If you have questions specifically about your swimmers squad placement please contact the lead coach for the squad. Coach emails addresses can be found on the RSC website.
Swimmers allocated to Foundation, Junior Development, Senior Development and Fitness, don't forget to book your spots in your preferred training days as spaces are limited. Please refer to your allocation email for the sign up links.

Revolutionise Sport Payment Plan Update
We found a number of gaps with our Member tracking and payment system RevSport since we deployed on 29th January.
Due to how RevSport processes payments, family accounts are currently behind in relation to training weeks already completed. Families who were registered on 29 January* have had three "fortnightly" payments processed to date, despite us being 8 weeks (as at 26th March) into the Term. Thank you to the families who noticed and paid directly.
As this impacts new swimmers and any swimmer changing squads, we will be completing some changes to ensure we have training and lane hire fees collected in a timely manner, aligning with the new structure for Term 2.
Key changes are:
- A one off invoice issued via RevSport to bring all swimmers up to date with training fees as at 20th April. Once individual members have completed these one off payments we will disable accounts in RevSport.
Move to a new payment system on 20th April through iClass Pro.
Please ensure payment details are up to date to avoid failed payments so we can close this off quickly. If you have a failed payment, please log onto RevSport to manually pay that failed payment ASAP.
