We love local! Nelson Alexander has welcomed Clifton Hill Primary School into their Community Referral Program, which means every time someone from our school community sells or uses Nelson Alexander as their property management, CHPS benefits. How amazing!

How Your Referrals Turn into School Support

• Selling your home? Register through the referral program and, upon settlement, 10% of Nelson Alexander’s professional fee goes straight to CHPS.
• Switching property management? Transfer a rental to Nelson Alexander and $200 per property will be paid to the school once the first Renter Provider payment is made.
