A Morning of Magic at Moose Toys!

What an incredible morning for our Year 5 students! Thanks to Moose Toys CEO Ronnie Frankowski, whose twins Teo and Meja are also in Year 5, our students were invited behind the scenes of one of the world’s most innovative toy companies.

From the moment they arrived, the children were immersed in a warm, welcoming environment buzzing with creativity and big ideas. They toured the facilities, watched engineers and creative teams at work, and heard directly from the people behind manufacturing, sales, prototyping and marketing. They discovered how an idea evolves into a finished toy and how innovation, emerging technologies and sustainability help shape the future of play.

Just as inspiring was Moose Toys’ commitment to its people. With a fully equipped gym, access to a personal trainer and a strong emphasis on employee wellbeing, the company demonstrated that success is about more than the products you create — it’s about the people who bring them to life.

The philosophy of “One company, One culture” and “The Moose Way” shone through the morning, with kindness, collaboration and a genuine sense of belonging evident throughout.

Of course, pizza, hot chips and the opportunity to choose a toy to take home made for a very happy finale!

Our heartfelt thanks to Ronnie and the entire Moose Toys team for their generosity, warmth and willingness to share their knowledge. The children left with wonderful memories, fresh inspiration and a glimpse into the exciting possibilities of the working world.
