Banana Choc Muffins                       

 

 

 

 

 

 Ingredients                                                                    1 ripe banana                                                               

1 ½ cups Self Raising flour                                 

2/3 cup sugar                                               

½ cup choc bits

1 egg 

2/3 cup milk 

¼ cup oil                                                                                                                                                                                       

 

 

 

 

       What to do: 

   

  1. Pre-heat oven to 180 C. Spray muffin trays or prepare patty pans.
  2.  Peel a banana and use a fork to mash the banana onto a plate. 
  3. Sift flour into the bowl then add sugar and choc bits.
  4. Crack the egg into a jug, add oil and milk. Add mashed banana and stir all together. Add wet ingredients to dry. Bring together but don’t overmix.
  5.  Spoon or pour mixture into patty pans. Bake muffins for 20 minutes or until golden. Cool slightly before removing from tray. Serve warm.
