The 2025 Mid-Semester One Reports for all Years 7-12 students will be available via PAM from 2:30pm Friday, 4 April. These reports will provide you with an insight into a range of classroom work habits for each subject studied by your son, as well as any assessment results that he has completed.
Next term, parents will have an opportunity to meet with any of their son’s teachers regarding issues identified or raised in the Mid-Semester report through the Parent/Student/Teacher Interviews that will take place on Thursday, 1 May and Tuesday, 6 May from 4pm. More information and booking links for these interviews will be communicated with parents shortly.
Parents can also contact the teacher(s) via email using the teacher email link in PAM. Alternatively, parents can phone the College on 5331 1688 regarding other possible contact options.
Parent Access Module (PAM) Login
PAM can be accessed by either clicking on the link on the College’s website, via the Simon Everywhere App or by going directly to the PAM site. Enter your email address and password to access PAM.
Year 12 student and Galvin House Captain Mitch Chalmers is taking on the Murray to Moyne cycling event this April, riding from Echuca to Port Fairy with the Jimmy's Licorice Allsorts relay team.
Cancer has deeply affected Mitch's family and he's determined to make a difference by raising funds for the Fiona Elsey Cancer Research Institute. As we approach Term 2, a reminder that all students are required to wear the full winter uniform. To assist with any uniform needs, Dobsons will be open as usual (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday) during the school holidays, except for Good Friday and Easter Monday when it will be closed. Please plan ahead to ensure your son is ready for the start of Term 2.
Dobsons also offers Click and Collect orders, with delivery to school on Fridays (during school terms). Please use the 'Notes' section when completing your Click and Collect order to specify school delivery.
City of Ballarat immunisation nurses will be visiting St Patrick’s College on Thursday, 3 April 2025, to administer the HPV and Boostrix vaccines to Year 7 students.
To ensure your child can participate in this immunisation program, please provide your consent through the online link below. You will need to have your mobile phone with you to complete the process. The link also contains further details about the vaccines and the program.
Please note that the above link will expire at 3PM on Wednesday, 2 April 2025.
Once the immunisations are administered, your child’s vaccination record will be uploaded to Medicare within 48 hours, and you will be able to access the updated record via MYGOV.

SIMON Everywhere delivers all the functionality of PAM in a mobile app, as well as quick links to the College calendar, website, social media pages, Dobsons (uniform) and more!
Key documents such as the 2025 Booklists and Canteen price list can also be found on SIMON Everywhere under a handy folder called 'Parent Docs'.
