Term 1 Projects

5/6K have been working hard on their Term 1 math and English projects. 

For the math project, students are planning a 10 day trip around Australia on a $7500 budget. They are to research prices for travel and experiences and create a budget spreadsheet to detail their expenses. Below you can see Minuli's receipts for her flights. 

For English, 5/6K are researching a topic of their choice with a partner. We have some interesting topics such as the alien abductions, a World War II battle - Operation Overlord and zodiac signs. They are working on creating a script and props for their presentation. The pictures below are Sanaya and Sadia's clay figures of the Sodder Children and Raziah and Adrita's script for criminal psychology.
