Swimming Carnival
On Tuesday we were blessed with a fine day for our swimming carnival. Congratulations to all competitors for your excellent effort & involvement. Congratulations to the winning house - Blue House for your participation. Red house should also be congratulated for their participation and enthusiasm.
Thank you to the staff for organising a great carnival. Particular thanks to Mrs Flanagan, Mrs Makeham & Mrs Pittman for all your organisation. Thank you to all the parents & grandparents who also contributed to the success of the the carnival. A BIG thank you to all the parent helpers who worked tirelessly on the day, assisting with races, starting, time keeping & the BBQ. The school is very grateful for your support.
There were two school records broken - Hunter Thornbury & Ella Lynch - which is an outstanding effort, congratulations to you both.
Four swimmers have qualified to attend the Diocesan swimming carnival in Moree on Friday 28 February. I wish them all success and I know that they will do their best.
