Did you know that curriculum reform is occurring next year? New syllabus documents for K-2 English and Maths will be implemented in 2023. Throughout the year, our school has been attending Professional Development sessions with CSO staff as well as staff from Wee Waa, Moree and Boggabri schools to ensure a system approach in the implementation of the new syllabi. Teachers have been enhancing their knowledge of these new documents in Stage groups where they are able to discuss and plan what changes will need to occur to accommodate new requirements. This reform will be followed by 3-6 English and Maths in 2024. We look forward to witnessing the effect this curriculum reform will have on student achievement data.
