CONCERT INFORMATION UPDATE
It’s getting closer! Only 8 days to go and we’re so excited!!
Some final arrangements:
- Arrivals – please arrive via the front entrance on Davey Street Frankston.
- Please sign your child in and then move to your allocated seat (if doors have opened).
- Please note – parents/caregivers are NOT permitted to enter the student area under any circumstances.
- Pathways students – 6pm (for rehearsal)
- Remaining students – 6.30pm
- Please sign your child in and then move to your allocated seat (if doors have opened).
- Departing – once the performance has finished, we will advise where to collect your child from.
- Please sign your child out and a member of staff will bring your child to you.

- What to wear – your teacher will send home a notice this week regarding any specific items of clothing your child needs to wear.
- Electronic devices – Students are NOT permitted to bring electronic devices.
- Photographs – a reminder that NO photography/videoing is permitted. There will be a recording made available to purchase in the weeks post-concert.
- Ticketing – if you still require tickets, please head to the Frankston Arts Centre website https://artscentre.frankston.vic.gov.au/Home or contact them on 9784 1060. Should you still require help, please contact the office and they will help you out.
