The Carlton College of Sport is a unique university experience where students can undertake their first year of University as a La Trobe student, whilst immersing themselves in 100 hours of work experience at Carlton Football Club and our industry partners.

The Carlton College of Sport offers:
- two higher level education Diplomas, Sport Coaching & Development or Elite Sport Business, which are equivalent to the corresponding bachelor programs allowing guaranteed access into the 2nd year.
- aspirational AFL/AFLW players the opportunity to join our Football Development Program where students combine studying one of our Diplomas with an AFL/AFLW standard training program delivered by Carlton Football Club coaching staff.
