Building Update 

Well, it has finally happened. Today our preps got to move into our new building. We had some very excited students and even more excited staff members. Newton Manor Constructions provided some labourers to help us move into the new space. Next week we will move the remaining classes from the junior school into the new build. 

Although now students will be in the build by the end of term there is still a lot to be done externally. During the first week of the holidays building two will be demolished and then the landscaping and final touches will be undertaken to completely rebuild our school. The current date for final completion is the 20th of September, which is the second last week of term three. This will depend on weather, resources, and services. 

We appreciate everyone’s patience during this year. This includes staff, students, families, and our local community. 

As winter is nearing, it is probably a good time to be resurfacing our Oval. During the wet weather when it is wet and muddy, our students are often unable to use it. Once completed this should not be the issue it currently is.
