2019 Confirmation Date has been set for our Catholic Year 5 & 6 students, 18th August at 10am, St Patrick's Church Walcha.

The Common Good – The Stewardship of Creation

As Catholics, we have a responsibility to take care of our world. We believe that we show our respect and love of God by our stewardship of creation.

Care for the earth is not just an Earth Day slogan or the subject for political debate and point scoring; it is a fundamental tenet of our faith. We are called to protect people and the planet, living our faith in relationship with all of God’s creation. This environmental challenge has central moral and ethical dimensions that we shouldn’t ignore.

To this end, St Patrick’s School has a beautiful vege garden which is tended weekly by a band of willing and enthusiastic gardeners. We have also participated in Clean-Up Australia Day and have regular clean-ups around our school.

 At St Patrick's school we do our best to ‘walk the walk.’

Year 1/2 MASS Invitation

WHOLE SCHOOL MASS 22nd March

On Friday 22nd March, 11:30am  Year 1 & 2 will lead the school at Mass. The children will lead the prayers and take up the Offertory.  All Parents & Friends are invited to join the school for Mass.
