Let Us Pray:
God of Day and God of Darkness,
be with me through
the long winter's night
and raise me into
the new day with you.
May I go deep enough
into this darkness
to find another kind of light
shining.
May I cast my vision on the seed
that is now lying dormant
below the earth and in me
May I trust that love
remains ever at work,
even in my resting and stillness
keeping and tending my life.
