POLDING CROSS COUNTRY TRIALS

It's not too far away before Angus and Annie will be representing the Armidale Diocese at the Polding Cross Country Trials on the 7th June at Eastern Creek. We wish them both the best of luck as they will be competing against the best cross country runners from all of the dioceses in the northern half of the state. We know both of you will do us proud.

DIOCESAN CRICKET TRIALS

The Diocesan Cricket trials for interested students in Years 5 and 6 will be held in Tamworth on Friday 17th June, 2022. 

SCHOOL OZTAG COMPETITION

The second semi final for our lunch time Oztag competition was held on Tuesday with the Lions taking on the Monkeys. A number of players from both teams have mastered a number of skills associated with Oztag since the competition commenced late last term. Both teams played extraordinary well and it the game was played at a furious pace. When the fulltime whistle went, the Lions came out on top as they defeated the Monkeys 3 to 0.

Next Tuesday is the grand final with the undefeated Gorillas taking on the Lions. Good luck to both teams and a big thank you goes out to all of the players who took part in our lunchtime Oztag Competition for this year.

Sporting Schools Grant Term 2

We have received notification that our application for Term 2 Sporting Schools Grant has been successful. We will have 4 lessons for each class during Term 2 on Athletics in assisting the students prepare for our school athletics carnival during the last week of the term.
