Positive Behaviour 

Since the implementation of the School-Wide Positive Behaviours Classroom Matrix, we have seen an increase in our students displaying positive behaviours in class and showing respect for self, respect for others and respect for the environment. We are a proud school community and relish celebrating our students’ achievements at school.  As we know, this goes far beyond the classroom, and we want to also celebrate our students’ endeavours in all aspects of their education. For this reason, Sandringham College is proud to present to you our new School-Wide Positive Behaviours Matrix – All Spaces. 

The purpose of this new Matrix is to acknowledge student achievements outside the regular learning context. This provides all our students with the opportunity for the College to celebrate their integrity, excellence, and creativity in All Spaces within and outside of school. In doing this, we aspire to continue making Sandringham College a safe environment in which our students can thrive, be happy, and most importantly, be themselves. 

 Having clear expectations of behaviour in all areas of our school, including in online and shared community spaces, ensures our students continue to demonstrate excellence and integrity in their representation of the College, and are recognised for their contributions to making Sandringham College a respectful and safe community for everyone.
