Why not start a new tradition this Christmas?

Take up the Icelandic tradition of giving books and reading on Christmas Eve, then forget about all the Christmas Day preparations and get lost in a story with Carols by Candlelight playing in the background.

 

A 2019 study shows on average Icelanders read 2.3 books per month.  Compare that to The National Reading Survey which found 75% of Australians read at least one book per year and 42% of Australians read one book every 15 weeks.

Summer Reading Challenge

Holiday Borrowing

Holiday borrowing has begun for all students that have returned their current library books.

The eBook and Audiobook platform will be available for students to borrow 24/7 during the break.

 

Students need to login using their school Gmail account.
