Victorian All Schools Track and Field Champion

Archie Mattsson wins Victorian All Schools Track and Field 800m

Congratulations to Archie Mattsson of Year 9 for taking out the gold medal in the 800m at Lakeside Stadium on November 6. Archie finished with a time of 2:04.05 and will now travel to Adelaide in December to compete in the Chemist Warehouse Australian All Schools Championships. Good luck Archie!

Southern Metropolitan Regional Finals

Well done to the Year 7 boys hockey team and their coach Mr Sawers on making it to the SMR finals. The boys were lucky enough to have their matches completed before the rain set in and although competitive, they unfortunately were not able to come away with the win. Team members were Max Brook, Alex Cole, Chase Croughan, Louis Delaney, Caleb Hughes, Maverick Ivanoski, OscarJackman, Jonty Law, Henry Murpy, Om Nair, Charlie Neeson, Kai O'Gradie, Henry Ramsden, Liam Smith, Harry Strong and Will Taylor.

The Year 8 boys basketball team also competed in their SMR final last week, defeating Alkira College 38-51 before going down to Mt Erin and Dromana despite having an early lead. Congratulations to Mr Gunn and players Joshua Blaikie, Oscar Gottschalk, Tye Harper, Jasper Noorbergen, Cassius Ofole and Finn Wells. 

Well done Mrs Maltarollo and the Year 7 Sport Dance group on their performance in the End of Year Dance Showcase. The class worked extremely hard across the semester, learning the choreography and rehearsing.
