OHSC Wins Healthy Eating Award

Over the last year, Wendy Beveridge and the OSHC team have been working with Belinda, Healthy Kids Advisor, to introduce healthier food options for students in OSHC.

Athol Road Primary School OSHC has been awarded the Vic Kids Eat Well BIG BITE OSHC Award.  There were 13 nominations for this award so this is a fantastic effort.  

These awards celebrate Victorian schools, out-of-school-hours care (OSHC), sports clubs, community organisations, local health promotion teams and individuals, who demonstrated an outstanding commitment to boosting healthy, delicious food and drinks options for kids in 2022. 

Wendy was, herself, nominated for a Special Acknowledgement award.
