Various opportunities have been created during lockdown by our former Family Educator, Susanne North, to enable parents and families to get together outside of the school and create community, expand their support network and make friends. Come as you are. Everyone is welcome! 

These opportunities will continue throughout this year.

STMM Yoga in the Park

Every Friday morning from 9.15 am to 10.15 am, next to the Meditation Labyrinth in the Park. 

A beautiful nourishing Yoga class to calm the mind, strengthen the body and finish off the week. 

Easy parking or walk with other mums directly from school. 

Facilitated by Trish Bernardo (Mother of Penelope in Year 6), Yoga and Pilates Instructor. 

Bring your own mat and towel. Cost: $10 per person. 

Dogs and toddlers are welcome.

STMM Book Club

Join our very dynamic book club. We have covered some amazing books over the past eighteen months which have led to many great discussions and insights. 

Our meetings take place at either Wylies Bath (covered verandah) or in the parish centre depending on the weather. Every 6-8 weeks.

STMM Running Club

Every Friday morning. Everyone is welcome. Students and Parents. Run by Sarah Parker and Eliane Blay. 

Meet at the school gate at 7.45 am in running gear. Pack school uniform bag. Drop off bags into Eliane Blay’s family bus and off you go to run around Centennial Park. Return to school at 8.30 am. Collect bags and get changed at school.

STMM Family Mass Committee

Join our group of  parents to create, organise and facilitate our engaging and child friendly family masses. No prior experience required. If you enjoy organising community events, we would love you to join us and help us create some memorable initiatives (e.g. Blessing of the Animals on the playground,  themed Family Masses etc, a mass in the park, etc.).One Meeting per term prior either face to face or via zoom.
