Calrossy Connections
As we come toward the end of Term 1 we remain thankful to God for his ongoing provision at Calrossy. This was evident at our recent Colour Run when our entire school community came together for a great day of community fun.
As we reflect on the day, we are reminded of some of the unique aspects that make the Calrossy community special. The highlights of the day included watching students from the Senior Campus complete the course hand in hand with students from the Junior School. Or seeing our student body form a guard of honour for our Year 12 cohort who finished the day with the celebratory lap of honour and let’s not forget of course the noise and pride of our House War Cry Competition.
Thanks to our parents who were able to attend and volunteer and again connect with our community. As we look forward to Expeditions next week for Years 7 to 11 we look forward to students and teachers continuing to build connections as they develop their resilience, work in teams to solve problems and enjoy God’s creation.
Things to note:
From Term 2 onwards all students are expected to wear their formal dress hat and blazer to and from School.
Cross Country
This Thursday students from Kindergarten to Yr 12 will be competing in our Cross-Country event.
Students in Years 7-12 will start the day at the WCC and should come to School in their sport uniform. Years 10 -12 will return to BSC for the start of Period 3.
