Assembly Awards
Full Winter Uniform for Terms 2 and 3
From Term 2 onwards all students are expected to wear their formal dress hat and blazer to and from School.
Calrossy has a “Door to Door” Uniform Policy and students must wear their School Uniform to and from School in the appropriate manner. Calrossy is committed to maintaining the agreement made with parents at enrolment, that the correct uniform will be worn and be worn correctly. Parents can be of great assistance to their children and to staff by fully supporting the correct Uniform Requirements. This is especially true in regard to the personal grooming requirements and the “Door to door" policy.
Parent Teacher Interviews
Parent Teacher Interviews will be held this week, from Monday 28th March through until Friday 1st April. Teachers will be available before and after school, in 15-minute blocks to discuss the progress of your child. Bookings can be made on the HUB and are open. Bookings close at midnight the day before. i.e., Wednesday interview times close on Tuesday at midnight. A few interviews have had to change due to staff illness or isolation. Year 6 will be held via phone. Kinder Red and 1 Blue will be postponed until next week.
Junior School Easter Competition
The Junior School P&F will start their Easter Competition this week. Tickets will be on sale from Monday 28th March, during morning tea and lunch, for students to purchase. Tickets are $1 each and students may buy as many as they like. There will be multiple prizes. Prizes will be drawn on Friday 1st April.
Infants Easter Hat Parade
This event is for the younger members of our community from Prep, Kindergarten, Year 1, and Year 2. It will be held in Week 11 on Wednesday 6th April at 10.00am. We would love parents to join us for the parade and then stay and enjoy an Easter morning tea provided by the school.
Cross Country
The Junior School Cross Country Carnival will be held on Thursday 31st March for all students in Prep to Year 6. Cross Country will be run at school on the William Cowper Campus, Goldsworthy Oval, beginning at 11:40am. Students will wear their sports uniform and hat for the day and may change into a t-shirt of their house colours to run in. Parents are welcome to watch. Any parents who are willing to volunteer on a checkpoint, please email juniorschool@calrossy.nsw.edu.au
