 Ancient Past

Students have been exploring the ancient past in ConnecTED Learning.  Our inquiry took us from the ‘Out of Africa’ theory to ancient archaeological sites that have taught us about past civilisations and their technologies.  We have learned that these sites are important in telling the story of our history and must be preserved so that future generations can visit them and conserved so that we can continue to learn from them.  Students collaboratively delivered persuasive speeches about Abu Simbel, the Colosseum and the Terracotta Warriors amongst other ancient places.
