Good news - inside and outside the classroom

Well done girls

Congratulations to Lucy Armstrong, Jada Ryan, Isabelle Christison and Lillian Hooper, who came 4th in the 14 girls 50m FS relay at Hume Region swimming competition.

Round the table

Councillor, Dean Rees and former Prefect and Cr, Ashlee Fitzpatrick joined Executive Principal, Dave Armstrong and our Prefects for their team meeting last week. What a wonderful opportunity for all.

Years 8 and 9 - Creative Sides

Our Year 8 Students (8D, 8E and 8F) were to create an ocean themed lino print, carving into a bit of lino and then using blue ink to make x5 prints each. You can see these displays at our Administration Office.

The T-shirt or hoodies logo design was in Year 9 Visual Communication. Students were to design a shop and a logo to go with the shop front into their Visual Dairies. They were then to scan this and edit their image in Photoshop, print this on iron on sheets and iron their logo onto their clothing.

Art Teacher, Ms Ronald was so proud of each student.

Swinging into Action

Well done to our students that representation Wangaratta High School at a local tennis competition this week.
