PRIMARY SCHOOL
Registrations
Registrations are now closed. Teams will be announced next week, with the exception of Year 6. We will do our best to place players in the same year group however mixed teams may be necessary.
Jewellery
Jewellery is not permitted at netball games with the exception of a medical alert bracelet.
Jewellery is not allowed to be taped. Players wearing jewellery will be asked to leave the court and will not be allowed back on court until the jewellery is removed.
Uniforms
Netball players are required to wear the John XXIII College Netball Club uniform.
- Year 4 wear the JTC Netball dress
- Year 2 & 3 wear the JTC sports uniform
- Primary school boys wear the JTC sports uniform
Please note:
- Bloomers / netball knickers are compulsory and must be either plain navy/dark blue or the blue and yellow club bloomers.
- Netball winter rain jackets are waterproof and fleece lined. The pockets are also waterproof.
All John XXIII College netball uniforms are available from the Uniform shop including netball dresses. Please place your order in as soon as possible as delivery can take up to 8 weeks.
Grading sessions
- Year 5 Thursday 23 March 3:30pm to 5pm
- Year 6 Thursday 30 March 3:30pm to 5pm
- Year 6's are invited to a joint squad training session on Thursday 23 March to meet the coaches.

SECONDARY SCHOOL
Grading
Weekend grading is now complete. As there are a few more players to finalise, teams will be announced soon. Every year there is a shuffle of players up and down - this is a part of competitive sport. Our trials and selection process is comprehensive and independent.

Uniforms
All John XXIII College netball uniforms are available from the Uniform shop including netball dresses. Please note:
- Bloomers / netball knickers are compulsory and must be either plain navy/dark blue or the blue and yellow club bloomers.
- Netball winter rain jackets are waterproof and fleece lined. The pockets are also waterproof.
Netball dresses can be purchased longer or shorter if required. If you require a custom length (at no extra cost) please see our friendly uniform shop staff for assistance at your earliest opportunity.

Training
- Year 7, 8 & 9 - Thursday 23 March 3:30pm to 5:00pm
- Year 10, 11 & 12 - Tuesday 21 March 3:30pm to 5:00pm
Training is a compulsory component of netball. Coaches undertake a lot of preparation and planning for team training. Last minute absences are disruptive - as a courtesy, please let your coach know as soon as possible if you can't attend. Not attending training without a valid reason can lead to minimal court time on Saturdays.
