District Swimming

The St Brigid’s swimming stars where out in force at the Sunbury swimming pool on February 22nd.  Our students were competing in the Macedon Ranges District competition after qualifying at our school swimming carnival.  We saw many wonderful individual performances and team efforts in the Freestyle and Medley relays.

Place getters on the day:

Charlie Kotlar – 2nd Freestyle

Tahlia Thompson – 1st Breaststroke

Summer Connors – 1st Breaststroke

Coco Sud – 4th Freestyle

Sam Russell – 1st Breaststroke, 2nd Freestyle

9/10 Boys Freestyle Relay 2nd

9/10 Mixed medley Relay 1st

A big thank you to our wonderful parent helpers who helped cover the jobs allocated to our school on the day.

Our 1st and 2nd individual place getters now progress to the Division races on the 7th of March.
