Robotics

The Robots are coming!

In our robotics class we are learning how to design and build robots to complete various tasks. Some of the tasks we have completed so far include building a simple 4 wheeled robot that can drive through a simple obstacle course, adjusting gear ratios to make the robot faster and slower, and we have had some races between different teams' robots. Now we are working on giving our robots the ability to pick up and throw table tennis balls. Along the way we have also learned how to make 3 wheeled robots and robots that use omni wheels to strafe, along with learning about the different types of chassis a robot can have.
