Mud Stomp!

Friday 6th May

From 3:30 – 5:30pm

In the productive garden and a Plant & Produce Market on the basketball court

Families are invited to mud stomp and make bricks that will be used to build the new pizza oven in the productive garden. Students have been working on designing the pizza oven area and will be building it as part of their Environmental Science classes with Ian and Erick over several weeks in Term 2. Once finished, you will be invited back to eat pizzas!

What to bring:

  • A picnic rug or chairs to sit on and spread out across the oval
  • Change of clothes and towel to clean feet and hands
  • Food and drinks for your family
  • Money for the Plant & Produce Market (donated sweet treats, produce)

Important information:

  •  As this is an event taking place outside of school hours, families are expected to always supervise their children and ensure that they are not entering any of the buildings.
  • Helpers will be needed. If you are willing to be involved in creating and making live music to stomp to, able to donate something to the Plant & Produce Market (cupcakes, veggies, biscuits) or happy to simply help in any other way please let us know. More information will be provided closer to the date.
  • Proof of Covid-19 vaccination will be required for those who are volunteering in any capacity at this event.
  •  Any update to Covid requirements will be communicated closer to the event.
