Term 1 Friday 6th April 2022

What a wonderful term 1 we have had!!!!!

Ms Diggins, Miss Pinzone, Ms Kelli and Ms Bethany could not be prouder of the fantastic start the preppies have had. No doubt they are a little (or a lot) tired and we definitely think they deserve the school holiday rest.

Already they have made so much progress from staring on day one as shy and quiet students to becoming confident, resilient and independent learners they are today.

We have explored so much this term from learning the sounds of the alphabet now attempting to write their own words independently. Many strong friendships have formed across both classes as well as with their 3/4 buddies. They have had a wonderful beginning to what will be a fabulous year of Prep.

We would like to thank all of the families and carers for your support and trust in us and we look forward to working as a team with you again in term 2!

Take Home Readers

We have been busy testing all the of their reading levels and ‘take home readers’ will be sent home in week 1 of term 2.

Important reminders

* School Returns – Tuesday 26th April.

* Please make sure you child has their hat for outside play in term 2.

* Please continue to pack a fruit snack and a recess snack even if your child has a lunch order as these aren’t delivered to the school until 1pm

Class DOJO/COMPASS

Parents and Carers, at the end of term 1 Class DOJO platform will be archived and all communication will go through Compass to be inline with the rest of the school. Please be sure you have a login to compass. If you need support with this please see Brooke at the office.
