Student Leaders

Feedback 

Throughout this term the student leaders have asked people in our school community for feedback. We were seeking ideas to improve the school and get opinions on changes they want to see or add around the school. Next time you’re on the oval, check out the new soccer posts and AFL goals.  

Flags 

This term the school captain team members have been set a job to raise the Australian, Victorian, and Aboriginal flags. The team have learnt how to raise and lower the flags as well as worked together to create the Flag Roster.  

Assembly: 

Every fortnight the student leaders prepare the school assembly. This involves speaking to teachers who give out awards and taking photos of students of the week. Every Tuesday the captain team brainstorms ideas for assembly, for example Information about events, awards etc.  

Clubs 

This term we have been doing amazing and fun clubs such as scooter club, mosaic club, Zumba club, Knitting club & rocket league. In scooter club we have been playing exciting games which include teamwork and cooperation. In knitting club, we do hands on activities like crafting and crocheting, as well as learning about different stitches. Next term some of the student leaders will lead a club by themselves.
