Year 1/2 - Stop Motion Animation

This term our Year 1/2s have been focusing on developing their skills with STOP MOTION ANIMATION. The classic frame by frame animation process that allows them to bring to life inanimate objects in wonderful ways. 

They have been using toys, whiteboards and markers, themselves, objects they have brought from home and pretty much anything they can get their hands on to animate and bring to life through this fun media.

Cyber Safety - Parent Information Session

This is also a reminder that NEXT WEEK on Wednesday 7th June at 7pm, we are having a PARENT ONLY session onsite at Karoo, with Marty and Carley McGauren, who are experts in the field and currently our source of the excellent cyber safety program running at Karoo PS.

The Session will focus on the topic of RAISING KIDS IN A DIGITAL AGE, and I can tell you from experience, this could be one of the most important information sessions you will come to in your parenting life. As the demands of the Digital age continues to grow, we need the tools to help our kids navigate the ever developing web of the digital world.
