In Austria, in Salzburg, the mosaic is completed!
Please pass it on to your schools… so they can find “their stones”.
Dear Sisters, Principals and Teachers of Ursuline Schools worldwide!
I am happy to inform you that our great school project: a life-size mosaic of St. Angela, could be completed in April 2023.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the many submissions of mosaic stones, tile pieces, pebbles, roofing slates, and clay pieces, all of which have now found their place in the floor area and under the feet of St. Angela.
Enclosed I send you two pictures of the finished mosaic.
in gratitude and with kind regards,
Veronika Marktl-Stockhammer
I sent some slate from the Cathedral to the sisters in Austria for the mosaic.

Friday the 16th is Feast Of The Sacred Heart of Jesus. The heart of Christ is a symbol of Jesus' love for us. His generous love for us was often shown in paintings and statues by a heart crowned with thorns bringing to mind his suffering. It reminds us that love and suffering can go together.
Today Kindergarten to Yr 5 attended the 9 am Parish Mass for this feast day. Fr Roel spoke to the children about the HEART of Jesus and our HEART. He taught the children that in the middle of Jesus' HEART is EAR and he listens to our prayers and loves us always.
