Being Present, Together Let’s Play!

After a turbulent three years of change in Victoria, the idea of being present, sharing moments together in-person, is something we draw close. This is innate to us all, to feel connected and be connected.

Playgroup is a unique space which creates a sense of belonging, spanning generations. With a focus on the early years, we draw inspiration from those formative years of childhood, where contentment and wellbeing is at the forefront of mind.

Connecting with one’s local community, our village, naturally creates networks of support. Interactions, however short, have the power to change our mindset and unlock opportunities.

Through play and conversation, we learn about each other, children develop and relationships strengthen. Friendships form and common interests bloom.

Within Resurrection playgroup participants are developing relationships with others within our community and connecting in many different ways. Children come into a calm environment and are welcomed with many fine motor activities, craft, interactive role play and opportunities to run around outside in nature.

During this term ‘relationships’ are the focal point and understanding how we are all one community to support each other, coming  together to talk and have meaningful moments.
