Empathy:

Empathy is what we feel when we are connected to something or someone else and have understanding and care for them.

Benefits:

Something that produces good or helpful results or effects, or that promotes well-being.

Each petal shows a different way to show empathy. 

Ask your child to look at all the different ways they can show empathy, have them try to think of examples of when they have shown empathy and how it made them feel.
