In Art club we are doing a lot of fun art activities with the grade 6's. We made ceramic planters for the Mother's Day stall and Doncaster Bunnings have kindly donated us some cacti. We also did some paintings inspired by Impressionism!

In Grade 6 Art class we are making ceramic cupcakes inspired by Pop Art and we cannot wait to glaze them. 

In Grade 5 Art class we are making animal weaving using the under and over pattern. We were inspired by an artist called Dorothy Liebes who is an American textile artist known as the "mother of modern weaving".

Grade 1's made a collage painting inspired by Jeff Koon's Balloon Dog! We learnt how to create shadow and highlight on the balloon dog.
